I don't understand why you think this is an appropriate question in this
newsgroup, but I'm a good mood, so here is my advice:
Use a decent internet browser, like Opera 7.

You can disable unwanted pop-up windows :-))
And the good thing is it uses *less* resources, in stead of the extra
resources you need for pop-up killers. And it's smarter than most firewalls
/ virus scanners (i.e. it doesn't block the 'wanted' pop-ups you ask for).
