POP and From field

I have configured many exchange server email accounts
where each one has multiple pop accounts, using outlook
2002. When an email is sent to a staff member in-house,
the From field displays the exchange server account, not
the POP account. So for example, I might be
email-address-deleted for my server account, and
email-address-deleted for my POP account. I know I am
sending as email-address-deleted but the from field displays
email-address-deleted on all recipients messages received within
company.com. How can I get it to display
email-address-deleted in the from field when it is sent from
email-address-deleted not email-address-deleted???? Even if I put
email-address-deleted as the display name in the pop account
configuration, it still does not work. HELP PLEASE
