grey pop up adds in xp

Re the Pop-ups... They say they are messenger pop-up how
ever. I think these are related to the new xp sp1. Only
after this was loaded did they start popping up. I have
windows messenger disabled and Messenger 6.0 enabled.
And still the pop ups continue. I have shut them down
until a very small one comes on my desk top then I move
it to the very far edge of my desk to to where it is
barely noticeable. Then just leave it alone until I log
off. These keep all other pop-up from appearing. They
will be stored invisable behind the one hiding. If that
