Pinball/Punk rock mag called "Multiball"

Has anybody ever heard of a pinball/punk rock magazine called
"Multiball"? I bought one in a local record store here in Dallas about
a year and a half ago. My obsession for pinball has since grown and I
am looking for more issues. Any contact information in the mag has
lead to nothing. I believe the magazine not to be around anymore. Any
information/issues would be well appreciated. Thanks
