Re: What are your top 10 Instramentals of the Rock Era

What I'm actually looking for is the first HIT ( meaning it charted in the top
10 ) Instrumental that had a rock n roll sound.
As with everything it's entirely subjective to personal tastes. While
instrumentals have been charting long before the rock era, I'm only interested
in those that began since that era.
As of now my research has over 275 songs that have made at least the top 40,
within a few days I will have them posted on a site for all to look at and
peruse.
Any additions and comments are appreciated and welcomed.
