Austin/Round Rock

I was visiting Round Rock, Texas over the weekend. For those that don't know,
Round Rock is just north of Austin. As I was about to exit I-35 onto Highway 79
a 'sport' motorcycle passed me going at least, I would estimate, 100mph in the
left most south bound lane. The cop on the right shoulder took off in what
looked like pursuit. Anyone here care to confess or know about the incident?
IMHO, even though traffic was moderate, the rider was asking for trouble.
He/she was flying.
More importantly, we ate at the Saltgrass Steak House in Round Rock one evening.
I cannot recommend the place enough. A perfect dining experience!! Great food.
Great service. Great waitress. (Hetero-males will definitely enjoy the
scenery!) I normally don't buy steak in restaurants because they can't match my
wife's cooking. This place apparently knows what it is doing. Try it if you
are ever in Round Rock. Visible from I-35. I would eat there again tonight if
it weren't 9 hours away.
