Munir Khauli has since 1987 has been involved in various musical projects
and activities in Lebanon. As a singer-songwriter,he released 3 different
song collections on cassette in the years 1987, 1988 and 1991. The songs
were all sung in Arabic but the music is a fusion of Rock, R&B , Blues
and traditional Arabic. He lived in the United States from 1982 until 1994
but has since then been permanently living in Beirut. He has recorded as a
session guitarist with many Lebanese artists including Ziad Rahbani, Fairouz,
Nawal El-Zoughby, Julia Butros, Tania Saleh and many others. He has written
and recorded music for many Lebanese TV programs, TV and Radio commercials
and even film soundtracks. His latest project is a brand new CD called
"Tannin al-Tarab" which is about to be released in Lebanon.
