I just got my programme for the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. I'll only be there from the 4th through the 7th, so I can only catch the acts that are performing the first week. There doesn't seem to be a lot of Celtic music listed. I'll miss the Tannahill Weavers; they're playing on 2 Aug and I'll still be in Moray. I'll miss Aly Bain and Phil Cunningham; the're after I leave. Those are the ones I've heard of. So, what else is there? Can anyone recommend Eachdraith, the "Canadian Celtic Cowboy"? Are there places to go that aren't part of the Fringe which have Celtic music? I have a ticket to the Tattoo, so I'll see that. By the way, any recommendations for other performances? I may have to go to Monty Python's Flying Circus in French with English subtitles.
