<< Which reminds me. I went to an Irish music night recently, and was surprised to see that more than half of the guitar players were playing Fender acoustics. I have one (a GC-42S) and like it, but I had no idea that they were popular in the Celtic music circles. Or perhaps it's only the one that I attended. In Ireland there are, first, not a lot of guitar players (who aren't American or German...) and then most of them play Takemines, which seem to be the state-of-the-industry there. Here in the US, I've seen almost every kind of guitar in Irish sessions, with no real pattern of makers vis-a-vis geography Where is it that you're located? thx, stv
