I've never really noticed that... In Ireland there are, first, not a lot of
guitar players (who aren't American or German...) and then most of them play
Takemines, which seem to be the state-of-the-industry there.
Here in the US, I've seen almost every kind of guitar in Irish sessions, with
no real pattern of makers vis-a-vis geography
Where is it that you're located?
