"Radio @ Netscape" has a channel called "Nature Sounds" that is very clear,
and is free to listen to. There is no music whatsoever on this channel, just
environmental field recordings.
Simply go to www.netscape.net, click the "Radio" icon in the upper right
corner of your screen, and a new window will open on your screen. You'll
find "Nature Sounds" under the category "Lite Sounds". You can also download
the free software ("Radio @ Netscape Plus") and listen to it independently
from your browser.
There are some very good channels on this system, including one of only
political songs (Politics-A-GoGo), Hawaiian music, One-Hit Wonders, Lounge,
World, and broadcast stations WFMU, KPIG and KCRW.
Check it out. I'm very satisfied with it. (And, no, I don't work for them.)
