I have the song as a part of a Marathi song collection. Somebody else on
this group/RMIM was asking about the same a while ago I guess. You are right
it is a Marathi Movie called Mahananda but the song lyrics are in Konkani.
Which is this Hindi Movie you are talking about? I might try finding it in
some video store.

There is a similler song in one of the marathi movie. The name of
the movie is "Mahananda". I think it is a remake of the kokani movie
with the same name. The music director is Hridaynath Mangeshkar. The
song goes something like this.... Majhe moga majhe raja, tujhe dolyat....
I could not follow the exact lyrics as it is in konkani. You can get the
cassette of this movie songs if you are interested.
