It's from RHTDM -- Rehna Hai Tere Dil Mein (2001), *ing
Madhavan and Diya Mirza (some kind of a beauty pageant
winner, I'm told). The singer is Bombay Jayashree (more
popular in Carnatic and Tamil film circles). MD: Harris
Jeyaraj (don't ask). Lyrics: Sameer.
